the sewer situation is insane. as to the other... I hope it is not so. there are some difficult neighborhoods in B'ham, but hopefully people will step up to help keep things calm. there are neighborhoods that are crumbling... shuttered schools and crumbling buildings... but I think the guy might be overstating some. but the sewer situation? It is a joke. a sad joke coutesy of wall street. they led these yokuls down here into one of those 'deals' that has gone bad and we are stuck with it. Let all the pot smokers go. And Riley really is trying. he ain't a rightie. he is a white man from Alabama... but he is trying, bless his heart.
