But, truth up, we talk big and do nothing. If we were the type to crush and grind, we'd be them. We just ain't wired to crush and grind.

That is because you are a kind gentle folk like Koan and Sioux and others here. I am not. The Alabama holler is deep within me, bless my soul. I have no kindness within me that you and your brethen, who I love, have. I am a grinder. And I am tired of them. They are messing with you and others. robert e. made the wrong choice, as honerable as he was. it is time, Rat, and only other southerners can make the choice.

Grant became pres, but he was in the right place at the right time and he made a decent move or two. bascially he was a useless drunk (not that I don't enjoy drunks). It took a nasty ugly son-of-an-asshole murderous Sherman to beat the south. and he didn't do it to free blacks or cause he gave a fak about anything. he wanted to win. and he burnt down the land to do it. sometimes it takes an asshole.
