Agreed. She ruined many a meal before we finally had "words" over it. She would occasionally fix a really delicious meal in the crock pot, by carefully following directions. Once the kids were out of the house, we ate out a bunch. Weekends, I'd grill outside. I don't cook much these days, other than grilling a few times a week. I don't like the mess as I'm a kitchen neat-nut. I like everything clean, picked up and put away.
