Richard, agree. Actually, I was implying 'Killing the PC
desktop paradigm'.

I was trying to figure out (probably never will be able to) why
ML/TK is pessimistic on INTC short term wise. What event/environment
they are looking it.

I think PC industry is in a short term 'margin squeeze'. For what
I am doing (surfing the net), I shouldn't need a fancy cpu. A
bigger monitor, faster modem and others that you mentioned.

Big company (INT) grows slower than small one, but they have so many
growth area, in someway, it is like buying a Semi-mutual-fund with
some bias of course.

My TXN is good (actually SUCKS) if everything is executed. Seems to
be too focused in one area, DSP. But then DSP has a lot of
applications. In that respect, it's not that focus. Sorry, off-topic.
