Yogurt is really bad.

That got me out of my warm bed and out from under my warm computer. I pulled my container of yogurt, which I have recently started eating again in small quantities, from the fridge to check the label. I find the ingredients to be goat's milk, tapioca, pectin, and several live cultures. The carb count is 7g for a 6 oz serving. Tapioca has barely a trace of sugar and pectin has none. The sugar from the milk is lactose, not glucose or fructose or any other ose. The bacteria eat lactose so the carb count would actually be something less than the stated 7 grams although how much less is unknown. That doesn't seem so bad to me. What is your concern about about yogurt?
