Hi Matthew, Do you ever buy things on sale, or look for a bargan? Ever looked to buy a house from someone who really needed to sell? All markets are two sided. Shorts in any market have a function, just like the buyers. The problem is started when the country, or the individual or the company mismanages their fundamental economic situation, and becomes vulnerable. That is where the blame is, not with thoes who take advantage of the situation. My point is: We all take advantage of the poor planning of others. Please do not be too quick to think an action criminal unless you are going to extend that thought to the people who mismanaged and the people who profited from the "good times" while the mismanagment was taking place. With education rates the way they are, it can be the grindstone which breaks the camel's back. To keep kids at school, they now have to borrow at fantastical high rates<< I think your concern is justified and the coment is valid, however, your illustration is concerned about the wrong kinda kids. Usually those who are able to send their kids overseas are from affluent class and are more easily able to deal with the problem, the problem is severe for those kids who are not able to go to school in their own coutry.
