I take that to mean that you can't make a case

You may take it anyway you choose. Obamacare will mean the end of Medicare as we know it today. The government will set arbitrary standards and anyone over certain ages will be denied various life saving and life extending care. The liberal patriot will simply go home to die after being denied.
