Bill, how that SEC lets Ingen continue to float this fraud on the public turd is amazing. My guess is the SEC steps in after everyone has been bilked. (which is their normal procedure)

and I was trying to wrap my head around it. At first I was thinking that Sand was going to try to wrap some nakid short conspiracy around it. Can't see the mechanics of it.

there is 400 million in escrow, but by agreement the certs have AJW's name on it.

My guess is he is going to claim that all shares other than AJW's are in the name of the DTCC since Cede & co accounts for all shares OTHER than AJW

Either that or he has no cash to mail out proxies
