Wonder if the ruskies are seeing us as a nation that believes in appeasement, passiveness and apologizing for our existence. Wonder if they see that as a sign of weakness......

Could be. Or it could just be the Russians finally got 2 boats operational and want to prove to the world they are still on the scene and someone to be dealt with. I mean one boat is 200 miles off Georgia and one is by Greenland so I'm finding the hysterics kind of fun to watch. Hell when I was in the Navy they had boats off our coast 365 days a year and nobody was losing any sleep over it.
