Oh bummer! But they do charge people with records of accidents and tickets more than they charge those who don't.
Then there is the high risk pool for those drivers the average auto insurance companies wont insure.

The Dems and Obama-ites are just floundering around trying to find some ploy that gains traction and hides their intent to foist a single payer/government run program on the population.

Claiming that the aim is prevention is just one of those ploys.

I don't hear Obama pledging that if he contracts cancer linked to smoking that he will forego care; yet, these people want to control behaviors in just that way.
