I got annihilated in this past month's melt-up. I stepped in front of things following the June downturn, and everything was lining up nicely to confirm a turn. Then it was all reversed in the matter of a couple of days. I wasn't able to put much time into things for the past month, and got slaughtered as a result. Now I'm just trying to regroup, and keep myself in the game. Survive to fight another day. That's the way it was in 1999. I knew I was right, but trying to be positioned when the drop came without going completely broke as things went from stupid to utterly insane was the most challenging fight of my investing career.

Of course, I actually have more questions this time around, since it seems We the People are going to be forced to absorb any and all losses for the rich boys. You know, for our own good. If They don't have to eat their mistakes, maybe they really do deserve to run stocks to the moon.
