So --- if you retire from cooking when your husband retires from work, how are you going to eat?

Ideas please - other than Stouffers, toasted cheese sandwiches (I guess toasted could be called cooking), soup and huge muffins smothered in butter (or smart balance)...
I've lots of ideas, but I don't want to chop celery, etc and I don't want to eat out every night :)
