But what if the Chinese gov. stop buying US treasury (if they
have not started to do so ).

Buyer beware. The homebuilders / whoever doing the buying
should also be responsible unless it is proven they were
sold things that out-of-spec.

Wonder if there is any 'import QC, law' can catch this.
