We went to a really nice restaurant in Big Sky for our anniversary one year. We thought we'd have a cocktail in the bar before going in to the main dining room. We were seated near a cozy Montana stone fireplace (this was February), ordered our drinks and decided to also have a small appetizer. Almost every item on the appetizer list was made with wild game. We chose something made with Elk and it was so good we decided to try a few more because we just love wild game. We ended up eating appetizers for dinner and we call that experience our "Bar Food" dinner.
