I've grown to like your part of the state. Was over there the past two days. It is the area all that baby boomer demographic talk from years past will have the most influence in transforming it from a sleepy resort area. The future is most noticeable in Sarasota already. The money certainly won't be gushing like during the boom and that is probably a good thing for society. I really hated those speculators so I'm not exactly impartial either<g>
