Chas does not know what a Stalinist economy. Throw capital and labor at the economy. Cement, steel and heavy engineering. Then reaches a point that no matter capital and labor you throw at the economy, you no longer grow. Then you move to Angola, Sudan, Pakistan etc etc etc.
