Because if they made the rules more demanding on fuel efficiency an even larger percentage of the cars sold would be Hondas and Toyotas...

Can you explain why there are no worthy clunkers older than 25 years?

How the F would I know? Maybe people are collecting really old cars. Maybe it's a liberal conspiracy Jim...that's it...that'll probably sound better to you.

Aren't autos older than 25 years considered antiques?
