With my former boss (German), we had 48 2nd largest belons each in Paris a couple of years ago. We had been out to a corporate dinner and on the way up to our rooms in the elevator like 11pm he asked me, if I were sleepy? Well, down we went and out for some serious food with a Sancerre to go - or 2. When they run out of belons we closed the party. Nothing beats oysters, greatest stuff! I mean the real ones, not those washed out and neutered ones one mostly encounters in the US. Even with ketchup and other sauces those animals are uneatable. Taro
