I knew someone who, many years ago, swallowed a piece of shell with one that sliced his intestines from one end to the other. Almost died in the hospital in NOLA. Thanks for that. There is a local TV station that runs a series every nite called "disgusting dining". It's about hygiene conditions (bugs, rodents etc) at local restaurants... absolutely horrible to watch. I can't even stand to watch the promos... would rather not know. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Learn how to open your own oysters, pretty easy to become an expert at it. Oysters is good stuff, trust me, and don't die without finding that out. My recommendation: take a trip to France, get hell out of Paris in a hurry and go to La Rochelle by the bullet train. That's where you encounter some real nice people - yes, in spite of being French that is so! - and check out the surroundings, the wine and the sea food. An experience of a life time - and make your woman love you again, for ever. Taro
