What I want to say is, that fried oysters and fried oysters isn't always the same thing - and some times even I would rather not indulge in the stuff.


Pretty much the only place I eat them anymore is in New Orleans, when I think about it ;)

I go to a place in Bethesda MD that always have around 20 types of Oysters from around the world, and they rotate the types.

Some are really salty, fishy, Large, small, bland. It's a lot of fun. My wife and I will get like 3 dozen so we can try them all
