Actually it was alleged that Chester Arthur was born in Canada. People at the time tried to prove he was not native born but were not successful. Bet you didn't know that. Look him up on Wikipedia, it's an interesting read. We should rely on third graders, they would actually interpret the Constitution literally. The Constitution isn't the Bible for crying out loud! Fricking activist crooked judges (politicians in robes) interpret white as black and red as green way too often.
