The opinion you hold that this form that Hawaii now issues exclusively is the official birth certificate and that there is no other, means that Obama's citizenship status cannot be verified. The suits that have been filed are attempts to get to the original birth record certificate that Hawaii either still has or had at one time. Im fairly certain they had it at one time, because others have posted such records online. This original record is the only way to actually verify citizenship.
