...and I don't even have children.
But I understand them because I'm that way, too.

I listen to the words people use and I expect them to mean it.
If they don't, they've blown their credibility and it is very difficult to recover from that loss.

I also tend to believe people when they say something that is against their interests. That is why the various Obama off teleprompter gaffes are significant to me. They tell us what he is really thinking and why he likes to hold himself so tightly to the written script.

Once that genie is out of the bottle, all the Obama magic in the world won't unsay it for me.

I think what's really happened here is that the Obama arrogance has finally hit the wall of citizen dismay. He thought he could just say anything, no matter how contradictory, because the MSM would support him and his supporters---and the public at large---were just too darn stupid to catch on.

I have been worried about the stupidity levels myself.

But, it's starting to look like more people are paying attention and that the Obamaites must suddenly accept an infusion of honesty.

I'm not sure they know how to be honest.

Were they able, they would have allowed debate and feedback on the stimulus, the budget, cap and trade and health care. Instead, they're trying to blame the public for daring to question them.

Keep it up, Obama. You are the architect of your own undoing as much as you'd like to blame anyone or anything else.
