Here's a metric to consider:

United Kingdom: 78.54
United States: 77.85
Mexico: 75.41

But since the USA is a nation of immigrants and mexicans make up about 10% of the USA.

Uh......you don't think the UK has its share of legal and illegal immigrants. If so, think again. As the home of the former Commonwealth, it draws poor immigrants from all over the world.
