Bob,

From your response(too much effort, too few benefits) and the debate which ensued after my post, I'd withdraw the suggestion.

The only thread for which self-monitoring/post removal would be a major benefit is the Laughter thread. (Of the ones that I read, at least)

Earlier response that it went against the positive spirit of the site sort of kills the suggestion to allow others to dis all my posts. ;-)
