You're in denial. You can have an antithesis that is not opposed to the thesis. By definition. Even if i agree that the powers that be get their way whichever party is in power, it does not mean there is no opposition. Certain objectives can be furthered when one party is in charge and other different objectives can be furthered when the other party is in charge. Either way it means more concentration of power and wealth in to fewer hands and a lower standard of living for everyone else.
