I seem to remember my grandmother making sweet potato pie and I think I gobbled it up gladly. But I would have been 10 or 12 years old. Not sure, but I know I don't like them on my dinner plate, or squash, or yams. Not for me!

My favorite burgers and salads place, Cafe Express, offers sweet potato fries among its side orders. I've never tried them but will do so in the interest of research. Stay tuned, Ken. <g>
