They did. Looks like Brinker still gets a fee for his name and timing advice and mutual fund picks but he doesn't have to own the day-to-day operation.

You ever wonder why the newsletter seems so "vague" at times?..... one theory is people who subscribe wonder why they don't get the wonderful returns callers rave about on the radio so they fork over the big bucks to have the accounts managed.

To me, there seems a big conflict... but the whole industry is a big conflict wrapped up in fees.
