Will an ER give a diabetic insulin every few hours?

Where have you gotten the idea that people are "entitled" to free medical care? That is an absolutely insane concept.

It is true, in America, we are not going to have significant numbers of people walking around without the insulin they need every few hours, even if indigent. Every hospital I know of has some way of dealing with such patients.
