Bush admin appointments were made primarily on LOYALTY to Bush, personally. Competence and experience were WAY down the list.

I haven't much evidence of that yet. Bits and pieces of improvement here and there, but a lot more warning signs that has deniers like you working overtime.

I think I'll stick by your original comparison between Government Motors and Hurricane FEMA. "Better than Bush" is quite a pyrrhic victory, don't you think?
