the days of the free stethoscopes, merke manuals and fine dining are gone. reps still often bring bagels and sandwiches, pizza, etc. but that's about it. lobbyists are still taking politicians and their families to the islands and gambling junkets, although they are trying to attenuate the news on this.

I enjoy petty perks.
I also am not against drugs or drug companies.
No one is required to buy.
You can always stay with the alternative for a lot less cost and quality of life.
