This will be interesting to observe to see if Senator Espero is successful.

In genealogy work, I can pay a fee for birth certificates in England for old birth certificates but not current certificates.

I do protect information regarding living family members. I never include that in the genealogy research and writing I do.

The issue that is being discussed with Obama is a shade different, actually greatly different,---------we are talking about a man who filed to run for the President of the USA, was named by the Democrat Party to be their candidate.

Throughout the whole campaign and in late 2006 before Obama announced there was never a definitive response to the requests for documents that should be common knowledge for a Presidential Candidate------imo he was never fully vetted for the American voters.

Obama and the Democrat Party have avoided producing those authentic documents.

My current assessment is that Senator Espero will run into opposition to producing original records of those currently living in Hawaii or those who are now alive and have records in Hawaii.

Identity left is a real, distnct problem in the USA------the law enforcement in our area are constantly advising people not to put information out that could make it possible to steal you identity----on the net and advise you to shred sensitive papers that could give the crooks enough info to use your identity or the identity of a family member.

My first reaction to the news----subject to change of course.
