<<no probs on that. ability to pay is a concern. I do have good diamond claims and lawsuits are dicey. But the guys pushing this one sort of know what is likely to pass court muster as they are not amateurs and know corporate law fairly well. It is politically supported too, to a degree. I think if you do some recherche in Phoenix you will start to get nervous. About by the February assizes sweat will be dripping. People who launch dual lawsuits usually have a few shekels. My bet is that there is a consortium behind it. The kind that make political contributions to winning parties at the federal and state level. I think they are on to some "street talk" that went out the back door of some consultants. Brimming with confidence is the modus operandi.
