The conversation in the country sounds pretty ugly.

And the conversation hasn't even touched on tort law as it pertains to obamacare.

If we are to really address what has driven up the cost of healthcare in the U.S., it is foolish to ignore the legal profession's contribution.

It's not just the deficit that will be created-----it's what the Federal Government under Obama's leadership will be mandating to the private insurers and to the insured----you, me and everyone else.

IMO the Federal Government is stepping over the line in their attempt to control every aspect of a citizen's life via the Obama health care bill. This is a real invasion of personal privacy---.
