BMI (Body Mass Index) referenced in the Lindy post is not a very good guide to healthy body weight when compared with body fat percentage.

With 17% body fat I'm within the range of fitness, well below what is acceptable, but according to the BMI I'm "overweight" because I have too much muscle.

Not surprisingly, "when compared to the acceptable BMI category, overweight appears to be protective against mortality".
