This is a good price for CHAT. Very little downside and a move to 2 is inevitable. I don't know the timeframe but it won't be a long time.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 1997--Consolidated
Eco-Systems, Inc. (OTC:EXSO) today reported net earnings and
revenues for the three months ended September 30, 1997. Pre-tax
income for the three months ended September 30, 1997 was $366,183,
compared to $16,674 for the same period ended September 30, 1996.
Total revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 1997 were
$6,837,600 compared with $7,305,636 for the same period in 1996.
Net earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 1997 were $225,972
compared to $10,339 for the same period ended September 30, 1996.
For the quarter ended September 30, 1997, pre-tax income in the
Company's Industrial Services Division was $1,515,243. Revenues for
the Industrial Services Division of the Company for the quarter ended
September 30, 1997 were $3,620,193.
James J. Connors, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of
the Company, said, "We are extremely pleased with a profitable third
quarter and particularly happy with the increased results in our
industrial services division, which is a core business for our
Company. We believe that the Company's recovery plan is working and
bearing fruit."
