Al, so Hillary, after laughing hysterically at the mention of Bolton, gives a rambling answer that doesn't in any way address diplomatic concerns or priorities that need to be set in hostage situations like these.

What else can you do with bolton...the guy deserves scorn. Here we have a man that will be contrarian no matter what...this is one of the guys responsible for taking us to war in iraq...you know the war that will end up costing us more than health care reform would, in a shorter period of time? Priorities are up is anus.

Al

There was nothing rambling about her answer. Bolton said you don't send ex presidents over to a rogue nation; that it gives them the wrong idea. Clinton disagreed and said it has been done numerous times in the past.

As for her laughing, that's generally the reaction Bolton gets in diplomatic circles. He's considered a loose cannon which begs the question.....why is no one muzzling him?
