When someone fears their life's savings are being erased by the deleveraging of Mount Reagan (his legacy of massive debts) I'm not surprised when they sound hysterical. These people never expected to be they would have to pay for the debt run up to pay for their earlier unfunded income tax cuts. Faced now with the reality of their situation these people are now at the end of their rope and find it hard to control their emotions. I wouldn't be surprised if the Fed had to lean on some of the Primary Dealers to participate fully in the recent Treasury auction, but if the Fed was directly monetizing U.S. Federal debt they would simply say so as the Bank of England did when they bought their debt. I have heard so many bizarre rumors, which I know for a fact are not true, it's hard to believe people get caught up in this nonsense. .

Gib, Funny. If you support Ben's policy, then YOU are the one condoning murder. Care to play devil's advocate and give me your take on how I'm going to establish that position? The position that you, or anyone that supports the policy of the Fed, is supporting murder. I'll get back to this later. GT TH
