A minimum of 18,000 Americans die each year because they do not have health insurance or are woefully underinsured. We pay almost double per capita for the health care we do get compared to any other industrialized nation , with some countries paying a bit more say 60 to 65 percent of what we pay. Despite all that we have 48 million uninsured and 27 million underinsured, 25% total of our population. We are around 35th in life expectancy, This we should be proud of?
