YOur catalog of tropical diseases and deep experience with tropical diseases is quite interesting. There is another disease which is common everywhere, not just in the tropics. All you have to do to get it is to eat the diet of the poor. It is tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is worse than dictators, though they often coincide.
