and once again, you avoid the questions...

However.....
Since the US Constitution doesn't give the Federal Government the power to provide healthcare, perhaps we should let the States deal with healthcare too. Especially since the States already have had "tort reform".

I hope the Republicans come back with a bill that focuses on tort reform and specifically one that focuses cutting the gains that lawyers can make in the healthcare industry. It's time we addressed ALL facets of what has driven the costs in healthcare skyward.

And this is an area where the Federal government really should get involved...not in the actual provision of the healthcare.
