Oh bummer! Is health care interstate commerce? Aren't doctors and nurses licensed state by state?

And exactly how is health care interstate commerce, except under the nutty idea accepted by the Supreme Court, that anything that in anyway affects commerce in any way amounts to interstate commerce, which effectively means Congress can regulate anything. Perfect example of Judicial activism.

I have never once crossed state lines to visit a doctor. 1/6th of our economy doesn't mean that all of it is "interstate commerce" and it certainly doesn't justify sweeping control over the whole industry.

funny how you don't like the idea of the legal profession getting controlled by the government.
