When people yell and chant slogans at the top of their lungs, preventing anyone else from being heard (especially the guy who called the meeting <g>) then they are NOT THERE to have conversations, or simply to 'make their views heard', no... they are there to disrupt the meeting and PREVENT anyone ELSE from getting a word in. :-)
