Space Cadet,

I believe the market absolutely can not recover fully without leaders. The key blue chips are, IMHO, the key to the entire market. These issues have been in a bearish trend for months now. If they don't snap out of it, I doubt this rebound will last very long. That is why I am refraining from taking any more postions for at least one week. If the big blues don't start showing some signs of recovery by then, I think it may be time to get short again.

Hank

cadet, The only thing certain at this point is uncertainty. I think a good strategy is to go long some good stocks and short some hot air stocks. That strategy lost money today but was profitable on both Monday and Tuesday and will be profitable in the long run. I look for ctxs to get a little pop on the news if the market hangs together. I look for it to drop when the 10q is public unless the market is in euphoria.
