Thanks Bill. I knew something was going on with those sorts of trades. Too bad that came today or we would have been up nicely I think. Maybe we head up after that is digested.

Called investor relations at EVI and they said a memorandum went out last week about a 7 million debenture offering that came out last week.Is that a real negative?Could you explain this to me?GD
