CA., admitted that we were 37th in health care. He asked "Why DON'T we live as long as Canadians"?, "Why AREN'T we as healthy as the French?". Why? We're the richest nation on Earth! CA Rs have to stick closer to the truth. After all, CA is a liberal state.
