T4Texas asked if you're keeping up with the situation where Brazil will change their laws, requiring Petrobras to own a stake in the blocks owed by all of their competitors.

Your reply should have been, "No, I don't even understand what you're talking about."

Instead, you replied that Petrobras is already on a spending spree in the U.S. and China - years before they see any of their profits.
