Or, how about a compromise between "Ascend" and "Descend"? Something like, say... "Flattened" :-)

I know of a guy who thought this was a "bargain" when it came down from 80 times trailing earnings to about 55, and went ahead and bought this dog! Excuse me?! A stock selling at 55 times earnings is a bargain? Gimme a break!

IMO, Ascend will have to do a "Premisys" before it can start climbing again...
