Interesting take, but to me, much of the current outrage is sprouting from the dashed hopes of failed change. I see where the neocons are trying to co-opt the outrage. Obama could quell it all by declaring 'single payer' now! Then he could start really winding down the Af=Pal-iraq BS. Turning back the clock on the Bushevic usurpation of dictatorial powers(rather than enlarging same) would be nice too. If the D's blow this chance, then there is no hope. Veto proof majorities and all we're getting is Wall St. largesse and same-o same-o down at the Imperialist Lounge.
