I T is a multi valued reference space, the directions I T can go are unknown to most, at this time. To say its mature is a flawed view of the underlaying actions of what is occurring below the surface level of awareness. The Dynamics of IT are sufficiently variable, that only a luddite would describe the industry as mature without any headroom. The view is common though, its part of the natural creep of inertia....folks who never had a clue in the first place, now debut thier ideas with benefit of hindsight, as being defensible....all this dialog proves, is the axiom, that its always the Missing Information that Bites.
